1. Services Offered

Shine Brighter LLC offers body-first, trauma-informed healing programs, free resources, and educational content for midlife mothers navigating overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout.

Our services include:

One-on-one healing journeys (Reignite™)

Group programs (Glow Again™)

Free trainings, resources, and downloadable guides

Weekly newsletter (The Spark)

Blog content and educational materials

Important: These services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship

Jeannie Frances Stumne, founder of Shine Brighter LLC, holds a Master of Science in Counseling and has completed trauma-informed somatic training. However, she is not a licensed therapist and does not provide psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Shine Brighter's programs and services are designed to support personal growth, nervous system healing, and embodied leadership through body-first practices and trauma-informed education.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While we are committed to providing high-quality support and guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Healing is a personal, non-linear process that varies from person to person.

By participating in any program or using any resource, you acknowledge that:

Results vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and readiness

You are responsible for your own healing journey

Shine Brighter LLC is not liable for any outcomes related to your participation

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, downloadable resources, blog posts, and program materials — is the intellectual property of Shine Brighter LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

General Payment Terms:

Payment is required at the time of enrollment for all programs

Payment plans are available for select programs (as outlined on program pages)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

For Reignite™ (1:1 Program)

Refunds are available within 30 days of enrollment if you have not yet attended a session

After the first session, no refunds are available

Payment plan participants are responsible for all remaining payments unless a refund is approved within the 30-day window

For Glow Again™ (Group Program)

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date

Once the program has started, no refunds are available

Payment plan participants are responsible for all remaining payments

For Free Resources

All free resources (guides, trainings, newsletter) are provided at no cost and are non-refundable

Specific refund terms are outlined in individual program agreements signed at the time of enrollment.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be counted as a completed session

Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis

For Glow Again™ (Group Program)

Live sessions cannot be rescheduled, but all sessions are recorded

You will have access to all recordings during the duration of the program

Specific policies are outlined in program agreements.

7. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in any program, you agree to:

Show up on time for scheduled sessions

Complete any practices or assignments to the best of your ability

Communicate openly and honestly about your needs and boundaries

Treat the practitioner and other participants (in group settings) with respect

Take responsibility for your own healing journey

Shine Brighter LLC reserves the right to terminate services if these responsibilities are not met or if behavior is harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful.

8. Confidentiality

For 1:1 Programs (Reignite™)

All session content is confidential

Information shared will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g., if there is imminent danger to yourself or others)

For Group Programs (Glow Again™)

All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality about what is shared in the group

While we foster a safe and confidential space, Shine Brighter LLC cannot guarantee confidentiality from other participants

9. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect personal information (name, email address) when you:

Sign up for our newsletter

Download free resources

Attend an education event (i.e. webinar, masterclass or training)

Enroll in a program

Contact us via email

We use this information to:

Send newsletters, program updates, and promotional materials

Communicate about your enrollment and program participation

Improve our services and website experience

We do not:

Sell or share your information with third parties (except for payment processing and email service providers)
