I'm a trauma-trained somatic practitioner, female nervous system educator, and perimenopause/menopause guide + advocate, and I'm postmenopausal. I know where you are now, and I know there’s another side, because I've journeyed through it.

I spent years overriding my own needs, ignoring my body's signals, and treating my body as something separate from me. It wasn't until I understood my female nervous system, befriended my body, and began revealing my True Self that I truly began to transform and heal.
