I'm a trauma-trained somatic practitioner, female nervous system educator, and guide for midlife mothers with a Master's degree in Counseling.
I know what it's like to be overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, and disconnected from your body, not by choice, but out of protection and survival.
I spent years overriding my own needs, ignoring my sensations, and treating my body as something separate from me. It wasn't until I understood my nervous system, befriended my body, and began reconnecting with my True Self that I truly began to heal.
Now I guide women through body-first healing so they can rise from overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout and live with more calm, joy, and purpose, guilt-free.
