Is Reignite™ right for me if I'm already in therapy? Yes. Reignite™ complements talk therapy beautifully. Many clients work with both a therapist and me simultaneously. Therapy and somatic work for the female nervous system address different layers, and together they're more powerful than either alone.
How is this different from therapy? Therapy often focuses on insight, processing, and cognitive shifts through talk-based methods. My work integrates those elements and adds body-first healing, female nervous system literacy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care. We work with both your mind and body, starting with safety and increasing nervous system flexibility and capacity, so the insight can land and create lasting change.
How will Reignite™ help with my perimenopause and menopause symptoms? Reignite™ works with the female nervous system (that includes hormones), the root of perimenopause and menopause symptoms like anxiety, depression, rage, insomnia, brain fog, and many others. Rather than managing symptoms at the surface, we work with the female nervous system architecture underneath them. When the female nervous system gets the support she's been asking for, symptoms begin to shift because we're seeing them as signals from our bodies and addressing what was generating them.
Will Reignite™ help if I am stuck in survival mode or experiencing burnout?
Yes. Reignite™ was created to support midlife women in moving out of survival mode and burnout. Burnout or being in survival mode are not a personal failure, lack of willpower or time management; it is a physiological state where your female nervous system has run out of resources and can no longer move between nervous system states. This is why we work directly with your female nervous system and body-first somatic practices.
What if I've never done somatic or nervous system work before? That's completely fine. You don't need any prior experience. I'll guide you through everything at a pace that feels safe for your body and female nervous system. Most women find that their bodies already know how to do this work — they just need permission and support.
How is this different from coaching? Reignite™ is trauma-informed, body-first healing, not performance coaching or mindset work. We're addressing root causes by working directly with your female nervous system, reconnecting with your body, somatic parts work, somatic attachment, and the pelvic bowl as your somatic center. We're not optimizing your performance. We're restoring your aliveness.
What happens between sessions? You'll have ongoing support via chat and video so you're never alone in the process. You'll also have access to personalized practices, resources, and on-demand videos in your online portal. Tools you can return to between sessions and beyond.
Can I use professional development funds for Reignite™, and is it considered leadership training/development?
Yes. Many women use professional/leadership development funds, continuing education budgets, or wellness allocations to cover the cost of their investment.
With over 20 years of experience as a leader, educator, and provider of professional development, I design my frameworks to directly translate into sustainable, embodied leadership impact across all sectors. Biology has larger been left out of leadership developmet, although it is the foundation for burnout prevent, increased well-being and career success.
