Prevent & Heal Burnout with Self-Compassion
A Workshop for High-Achieving Working Moms
Are you a working mom running on empty?
FEELING OVERWHELMED, EXHAUSTED, AND STRETCHED TOO THIN?
You give so much to your career, your family, and everyone around you. You’re the one who holds everything together, always saying “yes " and making sure everyone else is okay.
When was the last time you received the same care and compassion?
If you're constantly putting yourself last, afraid to slow down or disappoint others, it’s no wonder you’re exhausted.
Burnout isn’t just about doing too much, it’s about giving too much without refilling your own cup.
If you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and burned out, it’s time to prioritize YOU.
You’re Invited.
Join me for a heart-centered workshop where you'll learn how to:
✔ Recognize the early warning signs of burnout—before they take over
✔ Understand why always putting others first is keeping you stuck in exhaustion
✔ Practice self-compassion (without guilt!) and turn some of that care inward
✔ Let go of the pressure to do it all and set boundaries that feel good
✔ Make self-compassion a daily habit so you can sustain your energy and well-being
Give yourself permission.
Self-compassion is not indulgence; it is essential. It is the missing piece for preventing and healing burnout.
You don’t have to keep pushing through exhaustion alone.
It’s time to pause, breathe, and finally give yourself the care you deserve.
Are you ready? 💛
your guide
Hello, I’m Jeannie!
I am an empowerment, well-being and leadership coach helping high-achieving women heal anxiety and burnout.
For over ten years, I’ve been on my own journey, healing trauma, anxiety, and depression. I left my twenty-five year career in higher education due to chronic stress and burnout and felt ashamed and alone.
I created this opportunity because I know the challenges of healing chronic stress and burnout and the isolation, shame, and blame that can come with it.
I'm excited to share this unique experience with YOU.
You do not need to be alone, and you are worthy of healing and self-compassion!
