This experience is grounded in rest, pleasure, curiosity, joy, justice, liberation, and love. Participants will have opportunities to connect with their bodies, hearts, and spirits through engaging mind-body experiences. Finally, we will envision our heartfelt desires and create a roadmap to support your journey.
